Our agency supports and manages a variety of vendor markets and special events for local vendors to showcase their work. Please see our current list of events below to apply. You may apply for multiple events at once.

The vendor fee is $55 

Limited power available and dependant upon venue. 

Vendors must bring a tent, table, and all supplies for their booth.

Parking on-site for vendors.

Terms & conditions apply. 

Food vendors must be insured and goods must be approved by health inspection laws in order to sell their goods at the market. Vendors must remain on-site for the duration of the market. Vendors may only sell approved items. The Bowerbird Agency and/or venue owners are responsible for theft or damage to vendor products. The vendor booth fee is non-refundable. If you are a local or corporate business interested in becoming a community partner for the event, please message us directly. CANCELLATIONS: Events may be canceled for weather conditions. We will not reschedule the market, and there will be no refund of fees. When possible however, vendor fees may be applied to other Bowerbird Agency events. This decision will be made at the discretion of of the agency and avaiablity. To reserve your approved date, payment must be made no later than 30 days of scheduled event date. No refunds will be given to vendors who choose not to attend approved/paid markets. Attendance policy: If you cancel for a market less than 10 days from the event date you are responsible to pay your vendor fee. Vendors must provide NC Tax ID numbers to participate. Vendors must display Tax ID number at all times during event. All vendors and members of the market will behave in a professional way towards all market customers, staff, volunteers and other vendors. Negative comments about or towards other vendors, managers or customers are prohibited. Failure to comply with the Market code of conduct may result in being discharged from any and all Bowerbird Agency Markets at the discretion of the Bowerbird Agency staff and event management team.
