Special Event Applications

Terms & Conditions Food vendors must be insured and goods must be approved by health inspection laws in order to sell their goods at the market.  Booth fees are $50. Vendors must remain on-site for the duration of the market, from Noon-7:00 pm pm on October 8 Vendors may only sell approved items.   The Bowerbirdi not responsible for theft or damage to vendor products. The vendor booth fee is non-refundable  If you are a local or corporate business interested in becoming a community partner for the event, please message us directly.  CANCELLATIONS: Events may be canceled for extreme weather conditions, We will not reschedule the market, and there will be no refund of fees. To reserve the approved date, payment must be made in full within 7 days of approval notification. No refunds will be given to vendors who choose not to attend approved/paid markets.  Attendance policy: If you cancel for a market less than 10 days from the event date you are responsible to pay your vendor fee. We can not transfer payments from one market to another, no exceptions. Vendors must provide NC Tax ID numbers to participate.  Vendors must display Tax ID number at all times during event.

Oktoberfest: Hosted by the American Legion

October 8, 2022 1:00-7:00 pm

73 Hunter Street Apex, NC 27502

Live Music, Beer tents featuring local breweries, Oktoberfest-themed foods, local vendors, food trucks and a kid zone. This is anticipated to be a high-traffic event in Apex. 

Vendor fee is $50 for a 12x12 space

Vendors must bring tent, table and all supplies for their booth. Parking on-site for vendors. Terms & conditions apply. (see above)
