4. Follow-Up

5. Conversion
The final step is turning leads into customers. This can happen through clear offers, strong messaging, and simple purchasing processes. If conversion is difficult or confusing, marketing will struggle to produce revenue.

To reach that goal they might need:
300 website visitors = 30 inquiries = 10 customers
